Fully Inclusive Weekly Rental Rates 2010

All of our rental rates include heating, electricity, bedlinen and towels. There is no booking fee or any extra charges for a cot, high chair, stairgates or coal for stoves. Holidays are usually Saturday to Saturday but winter weeks and all short breaks - summer or winter - may be flexible as to start and finish days depending on the property.

Winter Short Breaks 2010/2011

Short breaks November to mid March (excluding school holidays) - bookable up to 2 months in advance.

3 night weekend = 70% of the weekly rate, 3 nights midweek = 60%

For example: Three night weekend in mid November 2010 is £220 at Croft Corner (for 2 people).

The same weekend is £328 at Upper House (for up to 6 people)

Summer Short Breaks 2010

Short breaks Mid March to November - bookable at short notice only - 2 to 3 weeks in advance.

Special discounted rental rates may apply for summer weeks and short breaks booked at short notice. Likewise discounts for just 2 person occupancy of the bigger properties may be offered for such bookings. Please enquire via "Contact Us" - see below.
